Calico Crossroads
Introducing our first online needlework class, Tranquility, a beginner/intermediate stumpwork piece offered through The Virtual Needle. Over time we intend to offer online classes in various techniques. Tranquility registration begins on September 1st and closes October 10th, with the class starting on November 15th. Homestead Needle Arts
It's back to school and that includes us needlepointers! New classes are here! We have 3 beginner classes - a plaid star, a bookmark, a sampler and an advanced class of a small leafy wreath! Check our website for our returning favorite classes too!
September brings us the Trunk Show Earth and Sky Designs. Our internet customers can see these delightful designs at www.earthandskydesigns.com. I LOVE her bright colors and southwest pieces. I've had several of her canvases in the shop in the past and I always want to keep them here! So be sure to stop in or shop online and send us your wants.

We added quite a few new items last month, and are looking forward to a busy September. Now that the kiddies are back in school, we can stitch, stitch, and stitch!
We added new NEEDLEPOINT kits by Dimensions in their Christmas stocking line.
Nora Corbett, a division of Mirabilia Designs, added a new STITCHING FAIRY - NEEDLE FAIRY, and it is available in chart form. If you need the fabric, our supplier is also offering the special cut! We already carry all the Kreinik threads, Crescent Colours threads, and Mill Hill beads you will need too.
We just added three Monk's Cloth afghan books.
